AKM Technology add Keyshot 5 photo-realistic rendering tools to their capability

AKM Technology have recently enhanced their 3D product visualisation capability with the addition of Keyshot 5, a dedicated photo-realistic rendering and visualisation software application.

Realtime ray-tracing, lighting and scientifically accurate materials enable 3D CAD models to be transformed into photo-realistic product shots before they have even left the 'drawing board', ready for publicity and marketing material.


AKM Technology invest in 3D Systems prototyping capability

AKM Technology have recently enhanced their in-house prototyping capability with investment in additive layer rapid prototyping technology.

Complex parts can be produced in a wide variety of colours in either ABS or PLA plastics material within hours or overnight.

The maximum single part size is an impressive 275mm x 265mm x 240mm with a Z step resolution of just 0.1mm.
